Rarely open during their posted hours. Visited 5 times attempting to drop off e-waste and only once able to. Writing this review on a Saturday at 9:15am. Special holiday hours Closed Thursday and Friday. Open Saturday 9:00am - 1:00 pm. Still not open. No wonder people leave their stuff on the side of the road.
