Great customer service. Had a return I needed to drop off and my kid was sleeping in carseat so i could not leave my kid in car alone. Fortunately Elizabeth was able to come to my car and grab the box and give me a receipt for the return. Thank you so much for your help. I recommend this place and give it a 5 star rating for going above and beyond customer service expectations.

Decent location for shipping items. They have packaging supplies, bubble wrap, boxes, etc.. They also have random souvenirs around the store making it a bit tacky. Prices for shipping are higher than what you can directly purchase online. I recommend comparing prices before making any purchases. I usually use this location for drop offs.

I'm usually not one to write reviews but when I receive excellent customer service, quick, friendly and professional. I will make sure it doesn't go unnoticed. I went in to send a FedEx package for the first time ever and the young lady by the name of Dominique was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with all my questions. She also made me a copy of my house key which makes her a great person for up selling by showing me all the other fashion and sport keys they have. My key works great! Definitely a returning customer for all my postal needs.

I would not recommend this place of business. The owner appeared to have a pleasant demeanor and be on top of things. It turns out she is a chameleon and tells one story yet the reality is very different the minute you turn your back and walk away. Unfortunately, she has become an absentee owner and has employees that lack business sense, experience and judgment running her business. It's sad this is happening but I am questionable how long it will survive given the conditions. My reasoning for this review and why I would not suggest this business to anyone is due to the rude employees that react emotionally, lack any good judgement and have no social skills. Specifically, I have been dealing with Karen whom I thought was a nice person until I walked in one day and she yelled at me in front of other customers about how she couldn't help me. Now understand, I previously rented a mailbox and stopped by to pick up my mail since the Post Office will not allow you to forward mail from this type of business. Karen specifically yelled out to me that I can no longer pick up my mail unannounced since I don't rent a mailbox any longer. The comments took much more effort than it would have taken to get my mail and hand to me. She previously advised I cannot come in to the store since I no longer rent from them. Any questions why this review has been posted? There are plenty of similar businesses in the area that you don’t have to be subjected to childish behavior or poor service.
