Update: one of the owners got in touch with me and looked into the situation. He was very professional and did his best to fix the issue. Thank you! I received the wrong items. When I tried to reach out to the company, the customer service representatives were extremely rude, unhelpful and refused to fix their mistake. They clearly do not care about your business, their reputation or a decent quality of service. I tried to do my best to support a local business but will use a different supplier for feed for my farm animals in the future.
