Definitely park in the street and then check in. Make sure you are going into the entrance not the exit. Dock’s are kind of tight. But they only use every other one, so definitely doable. As far as the people. They were nice to deal with. My belief is as a general rule you get treated just how you treat them. You get what you give. The timeline for unloading and getting paperwork was no worse than any place I’ve ever been. Not the fastest but not the worst by a long shot.

Friendly staff...quick to unload. Facility is a bit tight and gets congested easily but be patient and enter into correct driveway

Worst reciever ever!! Appointment was at 7:00am. It’s 2:00pm now they’re not done yet!! Expensive as hell!! And they take too long. I will never take another load here again!

Note: parking on streets (limited) The main purpose for this facility to exist on the planet is to unload & load trucks. Why does it take 6,7,8 + hours to unload? The main task that you have in your work life, is to unload trucks and you are terribly inefficient at it. 80% of cold storage facilities handle freight with a normal amount efficiency, then there are clowns like this that just waste away the day spinning their wheels. You would think the staff would have a sense of pride and not want to be the proverbial Pile of Feces to the industry, that everyone despises.
