Ordered online to pick up. Showed up 30 minutes after. To be told they can’t find my order. After showing the conformation email I was told they were “working on it” … 25 minutes later. Still nothing. Ridiculous.

Ordered a pizza and some pasta. Pizza had very little sauce. And barely no cheese. The pasta was even worse. It had less sauce and cheese than the pizza. I will not be ordering from there again. Frozen Great Value Pizza is a lot better.

Please forgive us if we get your order wrong, but also call and give us a chance to fix it and make a lasting good impression on you

Ordered 40 dollars worth food from them when the delivery driver showed up he informed me that he couldn’t take a 100 dollar bill as payment unless he left with the pizza and brought back change ultimately I did not get my order due to the fact that I didn’t want to wait to pay for what would be cold food at that point. The delivery driver was polite even called his manager to try and figure it out but they refused. Horrible customer service
