Very disappointing experience. PLEASE beware and make sure to bring a mechanic with you and tell them to bring a jack so they can raise the cars up and thoroughly inspect vehicles....especially for leaks. They will not stand behind their warranty....as there are "hidden engine issues" they will not cover repairs on although their warranty clearly states ENGINE and TRANSMISSION. We took vehicle to the dealer for a thorough inspection and diagnostic then shared results with auction management. They wanted us to have the vehicle looked at by their own mechanic shop in Fontana and the mechanic confirmed two engine leaks but they don't want to cover their portion of the repairs needed. When you ask for your money back, they will tell you on the bidders card, they will keep 25% of what you paid PLUS a $500 restocking fee. Please do your due diligence and throughly inspect before giving up ANY money because you will go through hell and high water to have any of your money refunded back to you.

Worst place I've ever bought a car from. Never got my registration or title until 4months later when I had to threaten to sue. Car had problems the min I drove it. Even used my bludrive. Don't bother coming here. There rude and just want ur money

Great service, i didn't have to bid on the car i bought just saved the whole hustle by coming in early got there around nine am, and i went to their office and they help me, they have much better prices than the dealers . ... Just bring enough cash , for a good or ok car, it runs from eight k or more.. it is worth it ...

You register the day of the auction, and you are giving the opportunity to look, turn the car on, before the auction begins
No
Should be inside the gate at the windows to the right
If you plan on bidding in person you would register for the auction at the front office, which you will run into immediately after you walk through the entrance. It's not hard to spot and you'll likely notice other people in a line registering also. If you intend to bid online then you'd go through their website to register. From what I gather they highly recommend handling the registration process before the auction begins but I'm fairly certain you can still register even if it's already in action.
You can preview vehicles before auction
Don't know. We picked up our car the same day of the auction after 3pm.
U can only purchase on Fridays..
On Saturdays it begins 8AM to 12 pm to check the cars, the auction is from 12Pm to 2:30 pm and on Sundays from 9AM to 12PM and starts from 12PM to 2:30 PM, they have good cars but pass their tricks, pay attention and nobody bets on cars and they raise the price fast, to your luck criterion
Yes, however I would take a mechanic with you to really check out the cars.
It is based off the bid, it start off low and go higher, and alone with the winning bid all your paperwork for DMV is done right on the spot
They have a website with inventory you can review the vehicle online then contact them to make an offer.
Anyone can buy, you just have to register first.
o
You can inspect the vehicles from 9 to 11 and the auction starts at 11 am
