Took my Granddaughter, she had a blast

Overpriced. My daughter had 3 friends come with her to this party. It cost me about $300. The place was freezing, it's late November and although the kids are working up a sweat it's also not healthy to sweat in cold weather. They literally do not have any heat in this entire building. The metal seating when cold makes for a horrible experience for parents. They also have all the tables next to each other. My daughter just turned 13, and next to her table is a toddlers birthday party table, on the other side is an 8 year old's party. This makes for uncomfortable times. Different age groups next to each other can be difficult to manage. The young ones can get hurt when the older ones aren't looking for little ones.. They also do not give the option to have a smaller party, or less food. Same flat rate and same amount of food. Hopefully they'll let me package all the left over pizza since I've paid for it. To be honest, it would of been cheaper to just pay for the children's admission, and then take them for pizza afterwards. They do not really offer much food a party, just a table, bottles of water and pizza. The host only brings the tee shirt and pizza to you. So it's not like they actually are hosting anything. *update: they gave me $75 off the party price, because my party host told her boss that I had a very small amount of party goers. Which was cool, because I hadn't even asked for that. I got to keep all the leftover pizza as well. So, outside of it being cold, and how parties were all clumped together, the kids had fun. Still overpriced, but at least I had a good host and the kids had fun.

Kids had a blast. That makes me happy!!!

Yea
You pay by half hour intervals.
Yes
I like the morning time, when its just $10 for an hour. (Early bird)
Easiest way to find this stuff out is to just call. Even if someone tells you here there's no saying theyre right. But if you rent it out... Can I come?
They are doing temp checks b4 you go in and kids 2 and under weren't really required to where a mask bc they knew children are not very likely to keep it on, when the kids were out jumping they did have masks on
Plates, napkins, forks, knife if you bring a cake, waters, 3 balloons, tablecloth, lighter, stick candles, party host who will serve your pizza and cake. If you choose to add sodas (16 oz) to your party it's $1.25 per soda instead of the $2 it would normally be.
On days when schools have off (ie: the day before Thanksgiving) the employees are not able to answer the phones because they have customers nonstop all day. We only close on Thanksgiving day and Christmas day.
16 I think
The Venue is Amazing. Wd Had a Wounderful Time.
13.99 a person they call it a jump pass. Thats how its listed on the site.
Idk they ordered a pizza from Salvatore's
Horrible experience! Filthy environment and virtually no customer service. Not safe for visitors.
Yes/no most of the kids were not wearing masks or the masks were not being worn as advised by CDC.
So we actually no longer have the reservation system! You can come in anytime and pay for your jump time when you get here!
No you do not have to were a mask
You can do it online simple n fast. If you are able to do your waiver online for yourself first and then list the children each adult Must List their children then it will be a faster process when you get there if they just scan it there's anything additional like you need socks purchase is $2 a pair and then you're all set jump on
You have to buy the tickets online. Personally I recommend buying them a day ahead of time so you get the time slot you want. And it depends on the day and what time if it's busy or not. (You're required to jump with a mask so if you don't have a breathable one, I suggest getting some.)
Yes we had a reservation time and date, it was for a party. But I don't think it's required.
Yes as theo e becore said you just get tickets and sign the waver forms.anf the kids have fun and it wears them down .but We booked online night becore so I personally dont know if they except walk inns
Yes
Can show up anytime as far as I know
Prices are based on time! If I remember correctly, it was $10 for 30 minutes, $15-17 for an hour, and like $20 for 120 minutes. They should still be opened. Last I checked they were considered a yellow zone which doesn't really affect them, as far as I am aware.
Yes you can
Yes
Helpful if you do though. You can reserve your time slot and have all your waivers done and taken care of.
Yes!
You can go anytime
Yup
Unfortunately, we are temporarily closed.
Friday is the reopening date!😋😋
Yes! 845-10:00!
Depends. Starts at just a table for 10 kids during the week at $209 all the way up to $509 for a party of 20 on the weekend
I don't think it does. There is a lot of different activities and if you get involved in a game of dodgeball it's a blast even to just watch. The purpose of this places to jump on trampolines, so don't stop jumping and exploring the place and you won't get bored :)
No, they are not allowed, just called! Sorry!
He right you only pay for the jumpers
2 hours total, half an hour of that is usually dedicated to pizza and cake.
No and maybe
It does say they're open but I would only be guessing that they are but all lot of places are closed today
Normal hours
13:99$ per child
According to google "Teen Night at Altitude. (12 and up) every Saturday night at Altitude Katy from 8-11 pm for only $17. Altitude Safety Socks are required so please remember to bring them with you or they can be purchased for $2." Not that I'd know off hand. I buy my son a frequent jumper pass for $99.00. Covers 11 hours of jumping.
Buy the frequent jumper pass for 6 hours (1h each person) dor $55 plus tax.
Depends on time duration and kind
Call and find out
Yes
Call them and see
I believe Chad is correct.
Sorry. Got this after Easter
Dave and busters
Somthing went wrong if you pay 20 dollors for a child to jump when I go there for 2 hours I pay 20 dollars. But then always print of a coupon buy and hour get an hour so it ends up 10 bucks for a adult 2 hours
No its really not especially because of all the coupons you can get, way better the the sky zone prices.
20 for an hour or two if you get coupon off phone
Sorry, dont know Binghamton
No idea, give a call and ask
It varies, depending on how many people.
It depends on How long they will jump
Amy's answer makes a great deal of sense. Weather has made it unsafe to be out for non essentials.
NEW YEARS EVE- 11AM-4PM NEW YEARS DAY- 10AM-9PM
Pricing depends on time you want to spend there. For example a family pass for two adults and two children is near to 44 dollars for one hour
Friday, Saturday close 11, other days close by 9
I would call first before getting there...but there is a waiver you sign before your child can even participate. I will tell you this, there is always chance of injury and although they are very helpful in those cases...you might not want to leave your child there and something happens. I'm speaking from experience...ijs
