You have to buy the tickets online. Personally I recommend buying them a day ahead of time so you get the time slot you want. And it depends on the day and what time if it's busy or not. (You're required to jump with a mask so if you don't have a breathable one, I suggest getting some.)

Good question but id have to say no but not positive. We just went a couple weeks ago and they do sessions so if one is full you just wait until the next hour. Also we did not have to call ahead but we did so to find out the times of sessions.
