Mrs. Shannon glover ie the absolute best. She gave my wife and I a loan 4ys ago for a car we paid it off and now working on a new car and you guested it got the loan from them again. Although she isnt in the office anymore I'd like to thank her and advantage.

Called them twice in reference to depositing a substantial amount of money in there 23 month CD. Got disconnected twice. I was calling from a land line, so basically was hung up on twice.

I took out a auto loan and a short term loan, first I traveled at the time for work by the time I would get out they would be close wasn’t a issue that’s on me. The big issue I have is when I went to pay off my short term loan early who ever I talked to at the Buffalo road branch had told me the wrong pay off amount so apparently you’d guys closed my amount and took my money and reported me for 10 dollars I went paid it off and now I’m flag as not paying anything Because one of ur employees couldn’t read off a screen properly
