Love ESL, hate this location for drive up service. I’m not sure what the problem is, but very very slow. Waited in line literally 20 minutes behind one customer today and finally gave up and left. This has happened enough times in the past that I won’t be using the drive through again. Staff inside is very pleasant and accommodating so no complaints there.

So I did Application with Jorge Bruno-Fontanez he was super nice man! So my property worth it 260k and I looking for home equity credit line so they a have proved 175k so today Ann ( unprofessional) called me she’s told me I a proved for 144k I said what kind business you doing guys sound you scumming the peoples here ? So her answered was oh the under reader saying your income doesn’t enough to do 175k ? I said really I give you house worth 260k if I’ll not pay the money back you will take my house and sale it and very easy get 260k ! Just for all peoples at rochester ny don’t deal with this kind scums!and I don’t need esl respond to anything please because that’s not fixing anything I saw all the reviews it’s one star ⭐️ for mortgage department sure if Unprofessional lady working there !

Hi Sara, yes all ESL branches can provide you with an official check or money order. Our Offices are open until 5 p.m. today (Monday).

The Canandaigua or Newark branch I believe are the closest, ESL also has a contact center that is open 7 am to 7pm weekdays 8:30 to 2 on Saturdays
Yes there is. It is to the left of the building. There are gates at the entrance but they go up automatically when you drive up and its free

Yes, there is a drive up ATM and a inside walk up ATM with a separate entrance from the main building right next to the main entrance on the corner of Johnson Place and Chestnut
Hi Juan--If you open an account today, yes you would be able to deposit a check, but whether or not you have cash available would depend on the type of check it is. We suggest calling us at 585-336-1000 and we can provide more details.
It depends what kind of check it is and yes you can use you card at the atm. Your card will be mailed to you and will arrive in 2 weeks after opening up your account

Hi Barbara--There are not ESL locations outside of the Greater Rochester area. However, members who used to live in Rochester and then move to a different city, state, or country can keep their accounts with ESL and continue to bank with us via methods such as over the phone, Live Chat, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and TEL-E$L, an automated telephone banking service.
