Hi Susan. Our Rochester Branch is open normal business hours Monday, 12/28 - Wednesday, 12/30 (9:30am - 4pm). Thursday, 12/31, New Year's Eve, we open at 9:30am but close early at 3pm. We are closed Friday, 1/1/21, New Year's Day. We will reopen normal business hours on Saturday, 1/2/21. Thanks for inquiring and have a wonderful holiday season!
