It has been a disappointing experience with Bob Baker. The customer service level is sub par. If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased a NEW 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Feb 14. There was a paint imperfection on the hood that we pointed out to them on Feb 15th. It is now June 28th and they still have not made it right. We have been passed from department to department with no answer. I have asked for a loaner vehicle while they are repainting the hood and that request was denied. I would not recommend buying anything from these guys if you expect to be taken care of. They want to get you in, sell you and get you out.

Excellent service! As a walk in customer, you expect a certain amount of delay, this was not the case. Addresses more concerns and then worked with me when the DMV provided the wrong information regarding recall repairs. Because of their professionalism and efficiency, I was able to take a car that had been in storage for seven years and drive it cross country within five days of pulling it out of storage. Much appreciated, if I was going to remain in the area, I would most definitely become a repeat customer!

The worst dealership in town by far. I purchased a new soft top for my Jeep Wrangler and had the dealership install. When we went to pick it up we noticed numerous scratches and scuff marks in the rear window. The service advisor ordered a new one, when it came in it was creased down the middle and he sent it back. He then ordered a third, this time it was the wrong size. Now they are telling me it is back ordered with no availability in sight. They have given up and told me I have to put up with the damage. This is what customer service looks like at this dealership, try another.

Dealership is old and outdated, in need of an upgrade! Desperately lacking Excitement, Adventure and Thrills like the brands they represent. I'm very pleased with my purchase of the 2021 Cherokee, greeted and dealt with friendly and professional sales associates. Process was a little enduring approximately 4hrs, a bit long especially with a 5yr old. I wasn't planning on to make a purchase but Dealership made a sale! My only Disappointment was I asked for Military Incentives, NAVY VETERAN. I was denied Cash Back Incentive. They do have incentives for: ACTIVE DUTY personnel , 100% Disabled Veterans, Honorable Discharge within 12 months of separation of service...

Same time the gas in your gas tank has water. gasoline stations do that to cheat people sometimes it helps if you put an additive in your gas tank sometimes how you can tell if it has water in your gas if your car pings a lot hope that can help answer you question
