I had a lethargic kittie on my property I scrambled to get him help. I was fortunate to be sent to Black Creek I was trying to do everything to keep him alive but unfortunately he couldn't be saved. They could of taken me for everything I have but they did euthanizing for him for a donation. I am getting a puppy August 1st so I found my puppies New Veterinarian Thank you so much you made a horrible day a little easier. Gina & Richard Daniels

I have been going to the orange park office for over 2 years. The staff is so sweet. Never had a complaint until today. I scheduled surgery for neuter and spading. I was quoted a price and immediately scheduled. after confirming several times via phone and text the day before the surgery that the dogs would be there and I confirmed they would be, At the end of the day I was called and was told the quote I was given expired. I asked how could it expire when I immediately scheduled. I was told the price had double. How is this possible? What I don’t understand is after several times confirming appointment why was I not informed of the price change I could understand a price increase but doubled the price? Total lack of professionalism. I looking for a new vet. Just make sure when the give you a price get it in writing, and have it notarized. Then they cannot do to you what was done to me.

Absolutely love this Vet. Will always come here. The most amazing staff I have ever meet. They definitely love my puppy and understand my kitty. They don’t just want to check him they want to talk about how his training is going and what he likes to do. They treat him with so much love I always feel he is safe in the arms of Black Creek Veterinary Hospital.
