Ok I'm happy with all of the fun things that the ymca offers. But I recently wanted to bring a child with me. She's not mine (step child) but she belongs to my family. They wanted proof. . On a Saturday. Then denied access. Because I don't carry proof with me. I get it were suppose to do all that and i could have on Monday. how ever the way the lady at the desk behaved was upsetting liShe screamed my name. Then behaves as it's I've broken some cardinal sin. And then it went south from there. Look I'm a member. I don't pay the money I pay to be treated so poorly. Surely there's exceptions to every rule. I mean what harm would a 9 year cause. That's not cool.

God forbid you set up direct deposit on the first day you pay membership fee and they mess up for whatever reason and donβt set up direct deposit. Fine. I paid it manually the second month told to set up I guess they didnβt.. 3rd month we were on vacation been assuming its coming out of the bank but nope. Not one letter, not one call, not one email or text from them they just sent the credit straight to collectionsβ¦ ridiculous! You guys cant even call someone!!? My voicemail is always cleared out could have left a message a email literally anything.. you had both of our phone #s and everything. I even checked my account while on vacation and it said it was active and nothing was owed! Crazy!

That would not be allowed, but we offer 2 hour child watch for children 6 weeks-12 years old. And Stephanie is right, we do have the best people in the daycare!
