Your daughter should be able to select her own pin upon receiving her card. Otherwise you can all an associate to create a new one.

Hi Karen, you can also schedule a tech help session for mac question - but those generally work best if you have a mac laptop that you can bring in to use - we do not have any apple computers in the building (although we do have ipads / iphones). You can also use your library card to access Gale Courses and Lynda.com - both of those have some computer courses you can take online.
