Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. Management does not respond quickly to issues or concerns. I did not get my security deposit back until 2 months after I left. I had called and left 6 messages and 3 messages with the maintenance department to get back with me. Receiving my refund it was $120 less than what it should have been. Even with all my documentation they still have not called me back to talk over the reason why my refund is less than what it should be.

I enjoy the peace and quiet along with the tall green trees and birds and squirrels. Rhododendron bushes and flowering plants throughout the property. Beautiful!

This complex is a little older, but is kept up well. My roommate and I lived there for six months before moving for job purposes. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly and Angie, the leasing manager is both helpful and straightforward. As to the previous review about irregular office hours, yes the office does close early sometimes, but it never bothered either of us, since we would just stop by early in the morning or call if we had questions. The walls are a little thin, but no worse than some newer complexes I've been in. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe. Walking distance to Walmart. I would recommend this complex.
