We got a flat on our SUV while towing our travel trailer. No spare tire and all tire shops closed had towed from Rainier OR to Gresham OR both SUV and the trailer. Through AAA. The tow truck was there in only about 20 minutes and our driver Logan was very courteous. Would highly recommend

I'm super disappointed. My car was running rough after another establishment failed to do their job...so as my car had a dead battery, I asked Carl's to tow my car to their shop, test the battery; do an oil change and tune up, diagnostics. They did test the battery and ended up replacing it under it's warranty 👍. However, they didn't bolt the battery back in place.(?) My tune up didn't get done, or oil change. They said I needed a part; replaced that. A week later I'm all, hey, how's my car doing? So she has me talk to the mechanic, he tells me and my husband that he replaced the part but didn't feel comfortable starting the car, he'd rather one of us do it. (???) He also said he believes that I needed a $6000.00 engine replacement. O.o I said I think I just want my car back. (To include the old part) They charged me almost $500.00 for swapping out the battery and "putting" on a part ( oh, & tbf the price of the part...). And of course, if you don't pay, they will hold your vehicle... After I got the car home, I looked to see what had been done after trying to start the car and it was still sounding super rough...wth?!? The new part was just sitting on the manifold! Not bolted on! No wonder it's not running right! ( Plus, there's red marker paint wiped on my manifold!!! Like, use a rag!!! Now I have to clean that off!!) I really wanted to believe this was an accident but after reading the reviews... maybe not. Not a happy car mom... *Can't add a pic here so I put it in the album

Honestly I was the person that had a. Dead alternator in my car and had my car parked over night at Texaco . So the store called it in to be removed from the property and Carl's was their choice. I called. Dispatch to figure out how much it was going to cost me and was given the total. I couldn't come up with the extra cash right away so had to let them know that and they were very courteous in keeping my one night yard fee the same total I had to pay on day 3 of being there. Was so grateful not to be charged more for every day...
