These people are great!! I was going through Longview on my way to the beach (with my wife, child, and dog) when the radiator in my truck blew. They got me in and all the repairs done the same day (they even stayed late). As we were waiting, all the staff came in to see if we needed anything. If I lived closer this would be my regular shop. Great company ran by great people.

My airbag light came on and it stayed on. I had called around to multiple place and tower was by far the most reasonable place for the job. They went out of there way to order the clockspring for me and make sure that it was the correct one that I needed. Once we got the part ordered I was able to get my car in the next week. I dropped my car off at 8am and I got a call at 10:50am saying my car was ready for pick up. Tower employees that worked on my car changed out the part and cleared the code and even did their drive to make sure the airbag light wasn’t going to come back on. I would definitely recommend tower for all your car needs. They also have great customer service and are very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back for future repairs I need on any of my vehicles.

Very quick to update and verify every decision with owner before proceeding with anything. It felt like I was sitting next to the mechanic as he fixed my car instead of him just taking it away and bringing it back "all better." Comfortable waiting spaces, offered to drive me home when it was going to take a while, fantastic customer service all the way around!
