Not a shopper but a truck driver making a delivery. It's a white lady in Receiving that has a really nasty attitude. I been delivering to Lowe's for years and never had an experience like this.

I had my washer and dryer delivered from Wilkesboro store on 8/19/22, first of all the truck driver refused to hook them up unless we paid them $40 connection fee, and we refused to do it, they left us a wrong power cord ( range cord), on top of that they damaged the culver drainage pipe. I did tried to stop them from going over the pipe and crushing it , but they didn't seem to care and then i called the store and filled a report and yet to this day 9/8/22 to here from anyone, seems like no one is in charge or no one cares
