This place is the absolute worst and if I could give negative stars I would. Appointment or not it doesn't matter because the speed at which they move at makes any scheduled appointments moot because the are delayed. If you need something from this location get good night's rest, pack a lunch, use the bathroom before you go and schedule the day off so when you waste a whole day you and your employer aren't surprised. If you make it through the ordeal unscathed consider yourself lucky and if you've wasted countless hours with this time suck I would l recommed visiting the local ABC store in Wilkesboro after your trip to this location to help unwind from the stress that this location will cause. Good luck and God speed unfortunate souls that need something from this location.

I took a friend there there had already been people in there waiting from 11:00 two people had appointments still sitting there when I got there at 12:30 didn't leave till 1:00 and they were still not seen and they had appointments really you can go to Taylorsville and be seen quicker. We pay you our tax dollars to get nothing done all day somebody has to sit in there and wait it's ridiculous.
