Thought it was going to be a great experience but it all went downhill very quickly. Not with the actual metal fabrication part, but definitely with the installation and set up crew, and for the pathetic customer service received by the main office when a complaint was lodged. The installation crew didn't even show one day without any prior notice, left ALL the boxes, trash, and everything not installed in the yard. Guess we had the same crew as another reviewer had, wished we would have read these before committing with this company. Left work incomplete and incorrectly done, then unwilling to correct the problem. Instead the main office simply refunded a portion of our money and wiped their hands clean. No attempt to "make things right", so buyer beware! Once they get their money, they won't have any concern for you. Drive directly across 421 to speak with Israel at Shed Central! We did and his team of professional guys came and fixed the issues we had. Though it cost us more, take it as a lesson learned for yourself. The only reason it gets 1 star is that the fabrication and delivery occurred in a timely fashion. The rest was unprofessionally executed.

We finalized and ordered our 24x30x12,closed on 3 sides structure on a Thursday and it was erected the following Thursday. The 3 man crew arrived early and at times were running. They were very neat, efficient and personable. We are so happy with how it looks. We would highly recommend these buildings.

Unfortunately it was a horrific experience. And no one really cared after the fact. The guys came and it took them forever in order to get the building up and then they left trash everywhere’s screws all over the ground and driveway the metal was beat up and no one at the office would ever get back with us. I would not recommend them to anyone!
