Friendly staff but I’m done coming here. I use it because it’s convenient but my car is still very dirty and it’s not convenient when you have to ask to go through again… This is happening repeatedly.

ZERO stars. Longview location ruined the paint on our new car. 10 months old. 11,000 miles. Literally HUNDREDS of scratches all over car paint and plastic moldings ranging from 1/2” to 7” in length. 2 independent repair estimates range from $3000-$5000 in damages. Washman claims guy, Chris, stated “he can’t see it” and “it’s normal wear and tear” and “that didn’t happen here”. Returned the same day to file the claim. They say they don’t see my car going through that day on their cameras. I have a credit card transaction stating otherwise. Car will need repainted in several spots and most plastic trim/fairings replaced. Forced to go through my own insurance and Washman claims no responsibility. Absolutely appalling and blatant dishonesty and crooked business practice. Don’t do business with this place or it could happen to you too.

It's usually worth the money I pay to have my vehicle washed here. I don't care for how the attendant at the beginning only pre-soaks only the left side of my car. I also notice the tire shine feature that comes with the $14 wash package hasn't been working the past 2 times I've brought my car here to be washed.
