Mold mold and oh ya black mold, along with a massive any problem. Watched the next door apartment painters paint over black mold to hide it. Anna is also a horrible person to deal with. Charged me 1000$ for "cleaning fees" when we left the place almost spotless apon moving out

I know there's New owners of this complex and they are making this place really nice to live now, they are actually investing money into this complex, so this is a good thing! The units go fast when they do become available, there was a small waiting list. So far the neighbors are nice here, lots of kids for my kids to play with, lots of VERY well lit lights around the complex (makes my family feel safe), parking is pretty easy and ample, the manager Anna is super nice, the maintenance guys are fast on getting stuff done as fast as they can, they are roomy apartments, the price is decent too. It's hard to find apartments here in Longview, WA.. because they are all mostly houses.

Most likely yes but I wouldn't recommend moving there unless it's your last option. It's dirty and most apartments have cockroaches. Little, to no upkeep is done. It just recently sold to new owner but still same issues. Only so, so good thing I could say, is rent is lower than most but you get what you pay for.
