DO NOT TRY AND STAY HERE! They are closed for remodeling or may try and rent a room but under less than ideal conditions. Walked in to a complete construction zone and guy came out of rinky office to tell me they weren’t offering any rooms and wasn’t sure how I booked online despite them being listed as open all over internet. He seemed genuinely nice, but less than ideal to need a room and nothing available.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS SKETCHY HOTEL!! We booked this hotel only because it was one that was chosen by a team booking agent. It is right next to a homeless camping area and people were being harassed. This is a 1 Star hotel at best. After seeing the room for 30 seconds, we immediately went back to the front desk to let them know that we wouldn’t be staying there after all. THE ROOM WAS VERY SPARSE WITH ONLY A SHEET COVERLET ON THE BED and in addition I DID NOT FEEL SAFE STAYING THERE WITH MY TEEN DAUGHTER! The man at the front desk said I would get a refund. I asked for a receipt but he refused and said I needed to call my credit card company. He assured me I would get a refund. I called the hotel management a few days later to confirm but the manager thought I had actually occupied the room. The man at the front desk never put the refund in. Management again said I would get a refund. However I had to submit a dispute with my credit card company to finally get resolution. Thankfully we stayed at the lovely Courtyard by Marriott Hotel (on Nichols Pkwy) instead!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Horrible service, no professionalism at all. WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN. Called in the morning and was told check in was at 4. When we arrived we were informed our check in has been moved to 5. Then at 430 we received a call saying our reservation was now canceled. I can understand but we had a wedding that we were then late to. If they knew they might have had to cancel our reservation we should’ve been informed more that 30 min in advance. We stayed here a few months ago and did not have a pleasant experience but decided to give it another shot. This place used to be really great a few years back has obviously gone down hill since then.

Horrible. Staff was nice but lazy. Breakfast was a fruit cup, danish, a nutrigrain bar, and a water. 3 of 5 bulbs in the bathroom have been out and the toilet roll holder is broken. Yes, the staff was notified yet nothing has been done. The room was clean and the hot water worked. A drug deal happened in the parking lot and someones alarm went off for 4 hours. We used 2 rooms, each a handicapped room. The doors are unbelievably heavy for handicapped rooms. NO housecleaning whatsoever. Stayed 4 days and the room had never been cleaned. I wouldn't stay here again. Find a better place to stay....

They do have a free shuttle. It runs till I believe 11 pm. I'm not sure about the starlight theater discount.
No.. but its still worth the stay....the rate per night is hard to beat especially being so close to P&L district and all the night life.
