The Regal Theatre is the best thing going at Ballston Quarter.

Regal Ballston consistently skimps on projector lighting, decreasing screen brightness by ~15%. This makes a movie experience difficult for someone older or with vision problems, nevermind the average viewer watching something like Batman. Adjusting a movie's brightness dramatically changes the viewer's experience and the director's intent. It's a lose-lose operation for everyone involved.

You can park on any level and still get to the theater, but the theater is even with the third level.
Not in the theatre but there are a few new bars in the complex

Standard cinema fare: popcorn, nachos, soda, candy by the bag, Icees, coffee, cinnamon bites. As of December 2017 they've installed a new concession stand, and the grand re-opening in 2018 should bring new options. Build in extra time to get your food, at least until they finish the renovation. Service is extremely slow, in party because ticket sales are in the same place as concessions. (They're nice, but you will miss previews.)
