This community is very good. Their maintenance department is superb. I recently needed my refrigerator replaced, and the team came over and replaced it the next day. This is the type of situation where I tell people why I rent instead of owning a house.

I moved here from out of state on August 2017 and just moved out July 2022. It's bittersweet to leave Ballston Park after 5 years. It's been a wonderful home. I'm leaving due to being remote and no longer need to be close to Ballston. It was not an easy decision to leave. Based on my expereince, Management knows there stuff. Maintenance crew is amazing and prompt. For example, they fixed my broken air condition in less than 12 hours. The apartments are quiet! A mix of masonry and dry walls. The only time I heard my neighbors was through the hallway near the door or when we were both in the kitchen. These are practical apartments not luxury. The price has been fair for location and what is offered. I rented a studio for several years and upgraded to a 1 bedroom. I would recommend if you want to be close to Ballston but not live in Ballston. They are located on the edge of the suburbs. Wonderful neighborhood for walks and running. Very low to no crime. Parking is free. I used the parking lot near my apartment. Other's use street parking. I will miss this place.

I needed somewhere to stay while finishing my last year of school. Compared to the dorms on campus, the one bedroom I stayed at was nicer and cheaper. Maintenance was always quick to respond if I had any issues with the unit. I had a small gas leak from my oven one morning and in a few hours it was replaced with a new one. Laundry facilities have been updated with new washers and dryers which are nice and the metro was within walking distance which was important for me since I had to commute to DC frequently. Staff helped me out a lot by adjusting my water bill when my roommate moved out and adjusting my move-out date after the 60-day notice period.

Been living here for almost 9 months. Apartment is fairly updated, safe and good location. Would recommend for young professionals.

Our Concierge / Office Desk Attendants are available Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Sunday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. They can assist with package pick-up and other questions that you might have.
It is easy to stay fit at Ballston Park. The fitness center is open Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 9:00pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Sunday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. We also have acres of sidewalks and open green space if walking is part of your fitness routine.
You can submit a maintenance request by calling or e-mailing the office or through our resident portal.
Residents are responsible for the following utilities: water, trash (flat monthly fee of $10), sewer, electric, and gas.
Yes, there is limited street parking. You can parallel park on one of the streets in our community without a guest pass. Striped parking spaces are parking by permit only. Please be mindful of the street signs and only park in those areas that are NOT designated as permit parking only. We don't want any visitors to our community to have their vehicles towed so please be mindful of the parking signs.
Guest parking is available. There is limited street parking that does not require a guest permit. For those wishing to park in one of our resident only lots, a guest parking permit is required. A guest parking permit can be obtained from the Management Office during regular business hours. You will be asked to provide the car's license plate number, color, make, and model of the guest vehicle, as well as a contact phone number.
Yes, you are able to reserve the clubhouse. There is a $250 holding fee that is refundable if there are no damages, and the clubhouse is cleaned up after. The rental can only be during office hours Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Sunday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Packages that are centrally delivered to the Management Office can be picked up during hours when the office front desk is attended. Those hours are Monday- Friday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Sunday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm.
There is no dry-cleaning onsite, but we have two cleaners within a mile of the property Rainbow Cleaners and Continental Valet.
Ballston Park is conveniently located just 8 miles from the National Airport.
Yes, you can pay your rent online through our resident portal by either AHC or Credit Card.
We are just steps from a number of restaurants and bars. El Paso, one of our favorites, is a 3 minute walk from the property. There is a broad array of diverse restaurants within a 1 mile radius of the property and if you feel like driving, hopping in an Uber or on the metro you'll find an almost unlimited supply of restaurants within close proximity of the property.
Yes, we are within walking distance from Harris Teeter, Target, and a local produce store, The Glebe Market. In addition, you will find that services, such as Instacart, are easy to use in our area if you don't have the time to do your shopping and would rather have it delivered.
Yes, we are! We are within a 5 minute walk to both the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro Stations. You are able to check train times directly through the WMATA (Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority) website.
Our community features one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with a variety of layouts to match your needs. Our rents may change daily, so for the most up-to-date pricing, we recommend that you check availability on the floor plan page. Additionally, we do have a $50 per application fee and $250 holding fee to reserve your new home. Should you have questions on any charges, please feel free to contact our wonderful office staff.

Thank you for reaching out! Yes we are! Our apartments are pet-friendly to both dogs and cats. Effective April 18, 2022 we will no longer have breed restrictions for dogs. We do have a limit of 2 pets per apartment. A monthly fee of $50 per pet is assessed to your resident account. There is also a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 due at move-in.
