Had an amazing experience leasing with TELLUS! Myisha in the leasing office has been an absolute pleasure to work with and so helpful throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. I have lived in three different buildings in the area now and everything about TELLUS has been by far the best experience! The building is beautiful and the units are modern with high-end finishes. The location is also great and less than 10 minutes out of DC by metro! Highly recommend!

You cannot use the pool more than 3 times a week (not a covid rule I was told by management) and cannot have guests on weekends. When moving out and discussing charges, they provided me with pictures from the incorrect unit, making it hard for me to trust what was correct for my unit on move out charges. They will increase rent more than 10%. They will not allow any negotiation. Make sure you are there for inspection.

We lived in Tellus for nearly three years, re-upping our lease multiple times until we moved out of the area. From the excellent staff to the luxurious amenities, living at Tellus was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place in the Arlington!
