I visited September 13, 2022 and they are still setting up. This is a very new location. Fast wifi, comfortable waiting room and the repairs were done in the estimated time (2 hrs)

Communication is nonexistent. They do not respond to messages on the app. Did not receive an estimate prior to service, estimate was provided when I checked in. Management is not engaged; they take no accountability for their mistakes

I had an rattling issue for a few months now and after a few trips to the Sterling location to try and resolve it I was getting no where. I decided to try out a different service center and these guys are awesome! Someone was there to talk through the issue with me, Dan was super responsive and it seemed like they were really in it with me to find the problem which was a massive change from other service centers. If you have anything to fix on your Tesla make sure to go here.
