***Update, please look at the other tenants reviews since September of 2022 on the hot water. *** This apartment started off great. Year 2 and it has went downhill. 1.) If you are an engineer, work from home, require high speed internet- you will need to buy a separate internet outside of the one that the apartment offers. And you will end up paying for both. The internet provided drops Zoom calls, can’t even hold a wireless printer signal. This is mentioned in several other reviews. 2.) First year, there’s parties, cocktails and events each month. There’s a food truck each Tuesday. There used to be so much tenant appreciation. Now, there’s been one happy hour like in the past 6 months. 3.) You have a better chance of living with Snoop Dogg if you are looking for a non smoking building. I brought brand new patio furniture to create an oasis in April of 2022, by June 2022, I had 3-4 cigarette burns in my furniture from the balcony above. That’s my furniture, but if I had a toddler or puppy, I wouldn’t want them on my balcony. The maintenance people are kind. And the cleaning crew is kind. My lease is up for renewal for the 3rd year and there are so many apartments being built within walking distance. For $4k a month, I just want to have good vibes, good wifi and not burnt furniture.

We lived here in the North Luxury tower for 14 months and had the worst experience of a luxury leasing building we’ve ever had. Our hot water never worked, there were leaks in the windows, AC didn’t cool. The maintenance staff was inadequate and would just put bandaid on the issues. The manager kept changing and we would get extra charges added onto our rent every month. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The apartment has a forced internet provider for the tenants. We have to pay 70 dollars per month. The internet was lagging and slowing down for above 10x per day. For the cable, sometimes the internet would drop down, and totally disconnect and sometimes the download speed will drop down to a speed that I can't even load speed test or any web pages. For wireless, I can't load the video, do a video call, can't send messages, etc. When I was talking about this issue to the apartment, and asking to waive 70 dollars per month, the apartment said this company will fix any problems, otherwise, it would be totally different situation. I'm suffering from this issue for one and a half months. My whole lease is 12 months. Right now, I can't use zoom because of the disconnection. I can't study because I can't even load the website page. I'm done with the forced internet.
