It is one star out, because the upstairs neighbor who is making noises 7/24. He is exercising / working out very heavy especially in the nights till 3:00AM in the morning. My ceiling is shaking I can feel the vibration and noise in every cell of my brain. It is a really big nightmare for me. I told the management about it and they have just recommended me to buy white noise machine!

Lived here for a year, overall it was a good experience. Prices were good for the space, management/leasing office/ front desk maintenance were awesome. Always quick to respond or resolve issues. Pool was nice, gym was bigger than most i've seen in apartments. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars has more to do with other residents than anything to do with the building. Residents don't seem to clean up after their dogs, there was dog waste all over, my puppy actually got giardia 3 times while i lived here due to all the pet waste people leave around (he's been healthy ever since moving). Also the downstairs neighbor was a terror. She came up to the apartment and accosted me for walking around too loud, would bang on her ceiling (my floor) and yell at me through the floor. Once I was watching TV and she reported me to the front desk and had someone come up to tell me I received a noice complaint. The front desk employee who came up was very kind and even looked a little confused (probably because she could see I wasn't being loud). It is $10/day for guest parking which is kind of a bummer when you want to have friends stay for the weekend, but there is street parking for free on weekends right outside the complex. It's a nice, walkable area too and close to the metro.

Do we really need to leave our ID at the reception before we are allowed to use the chart for loading our stuffs upstair? Or you can always ask me to return it after I done. Or it applicable to all residents and not a 'selective exercises'. I am okay with this rule ✌🏽
