Just need to vent but machines always out order, hard to imagine a more incompetent parking garage

Rare to find a $1 for 3 hour parking in this area. After a certain time (on the weekends, I think) its a $1 flat rate which is really nice!

Mushroom Toadstool

This parking garage was surprisingly very cheap and convenient! I was expecting the cost to be astronomical because it's attached to a mall and in an almost city. The parking garage was also clean and I adore the lights above the spots to show you if a spot is available. I don't know if they work though cause it looked like spots weren't available but the light was green. The ticket machines also still don't work so you have to pay at the end. Luckily I left at a time where not a lot of people were leaving otherwise I could see that it would be long wait. Please also give other people's comments a read cause there were some slightly concerning things that I noticed

Pretty much was racially profiled by an attendant a few minutes ago trying to get out of this garage. I was told I didn't have money because the machines couldn't read my card at either exit. And for the record, all of the prepay machines where out of service so everyone had to pay at the exit. For $1, I should not have been inconvenienced and disrespected especially when malfunctioning machines are the norm at this garage. For the stress and total disregard on The attendant's part, management, I will be in touch as well as going a step further for the insults
