6'5"? I have a Thule and am 6'6". But from what I can see, the ceiling is quite high. Could I still park and just avoid certain places?

Nope! Entrance ceiling is concrete at exactly 6'4". Any lifted F150 or stock height F250 WILL NOT FIT. This garage is very tight do not attempt!

Possibly. But best i can tell you can't avoid the height barriers at the entrances.
