Positive: Location, cleanliness, breakfast was good. Negative: There were only 3 pillows on the bed. Which is a reasonable amount for 1 person but when sharing a bed it creates issues. I am sure I could have asked for more, but I didn't. Coffee that wasn't just bold. There was bold coffee and then decaf.

Great value with Free parking and Free breakfast. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to must see National World War I Museum. Hotel isn’t dated, but not super up to date either. We’d definitely stay again.

A good location south of the WW1 memorial. Walkable to downtown, but Union hill is a high point, so be prepared! Entrance is tough to find, especially if the parking lot is busy. Hotel was OK. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom tub needed some work and some wall paper was peeling, but otherwise a nice room. Our second floor room wasn't connected to the lobby by hallway, we had to exit the building and go outside, through the car port to get back in. I believe the third floor is connected Breakfast is A plus, as it is with most Fairfield properties.

They have a top sheet & a comforter at least. The rooms have good thermostats, so should be easy to set your ideal temperature. I recently stayed here & they had individually wrapped bagels that were soft & fresh, plus cereal, granola bars, fruit, muffins & bottled water for breakfast. Even had 2 flavors of cream cheese & nutella, plus a nice coffee bar!
Are you asking if it is a multi-story building? If so, yes it is. It's a mid-rise building. Or are you asking if they have stairs? If so, yes they do. However taking the elevator is better because of the number of floors. It's a shared property so each hotel brand has dedicated floors which might give you a tough climb.
Area appears reasonably safe, parking is out of sight from Street, and probably have security cameras.
Don't know about the bus but the hotel has a shuttle. We drove and parked. Very convenient parking. Kind of expensive though.
