Thanks for a excellent stay. It is nice to know we can trust the Hampton Inns across the country for a great, and clean stay. Got a perfect night sleep at the Hampton, before racing 340 miles on the Missouri river in the MR340. Thanks, Again. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Rooms weren't bad and I know they are being renovated. Room was clean and bed was comfortable! That is the only reason for 2 stars. Pool was freezing and dirty. Breakfast had ants crawling all around which was disgusting. The worst thing to happen was at 10am I was giving my daughter a bath. We just got back from the pool and my husband had been sleeping so the "do not disturb" was on the door to be safe. The housekeeper walked in the room as I was giving my daughter a bath! I froze and closed the bathroom door quickly. I couldn't believe housekeeping would barge in with a do not disturb sign on 2 hours before check-out! Extremely disturbing. I did mention this at checkout but I highly do not recommend this hotel because it's just not safe.

Great customer service. Rooms are okay. Pretty good breakfast. Don't like the $60 deposit but guess that's normal. Hotel is right next to worlds of fun. Don't like that my email confirmation says checkout is 12pm and I'm being told by front desk it's 11:30am. Pool is kinda rough but the kids loved it of course. There is some remodeling going on. It was a pretty good experience staying here. I'd probably stay again.

Hotel needs lots of updates to room's. The bathroom was a mess. There was a shelf broken off in shower some mildew and a chip on the tub. Old TV and "wood" coming off where the fridge sets. An arm was broken on the chair in the room. The room was rough but beds were comfy. The people above us were super loud until 2:20am and then woke up at 6am. We didn't get much sleep as they did this two night's in a row. We were also by the elevator and her the maid carts. Super loud I wouldn't recommend it wasn't worth the money. When I pay almost $300 for 2x I EXPECT a lot more. We will NOT be back
