This is a mixed review. Overall the hotel is very clean, safe, great parking, professionally staffed, with a great bar offering quality food. My room'; had no microwave (should have read the fine print), slow shower drain, long hair on shower wall, room phone did not work, "micro fridge" in room pretty much worthless, and room was very small with a strange layout. In room coffee selections were most excellent, as well as the entertainment opportunities on the large wide screen TV. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Jessica in the bar was so awesome she raised this trip level one star.

The hotel lobby looked great compared to the rooms. Not cleaned very well. Hair in the bathroom and sticky feeling surfaces. I travel with my own cleaning wipes and spray so I did my own cleaning to get me thru the night. Flight was canceled and the airline put me there which is the ONLY reason I stayed there. Slight musty smell inside. Could use a major upgrade and deep cleaning to get rid of the smell. Employees were very kind and attentive

Positive: Fantastic staffff Extremely helpful., they served me at times before I asked. They all made me feel I need to go back agin. Shuffle to the Airport was fun. And fast when I called for a return trip she was there in ten minutes. Exercise room was t Negative: Breakfast was not included

Stolen or thrown away? I will start off by saying overall stay was good. I arrived and put my phone charger and headphones on the table in the room. When I returned to the room later that day they were gone. Informed the staff and manager. Manager immediately offered to replace the items. He also said he was going to start an investigation. All I wanted to know is if they were taken or accidentally thrown away. No one could answer that. Which I understand. Now to the overall stay. Rooms were clean and organized. My view wasn't to bad. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel. Breakfast is offered but you have to pay for it. Front desk staff were courteous and professional. Manager professional as well. Great location down the road from the airport. Reason for the three stars is, the whole hotel isn't going to get rated badly because of one person.

Yes, we stayed there because of the shuttle and had the first flight out of MCI the next morning. Cost of the hotel was offset by not having parking fees for an extended trip.
12am the night I was there but the waitress was the rudest I've ever had at a bar.
Check in is at 3 pm but if there are clean rooms when you get to the hotel they will let you check in early.

It is. We just used it today. It took them 12 minutes to get to us after we called. Wonderful service.
