Wow! Clean rooms, polite service and amazing breakfast. They were so kind to our toddler too! The pool is a little on the chilly side but easy to get used to. Convenient location. We would stay there again!

We had couple issues at the hotel, but the way he Christian Andrick handled everything was outstanding. He is very composed and informative - to say the least he made the stay at the hotel feel like five star experience with the way he provided customer service. The location is great - everything is close to you!

There are a couple of good things about this hotel. It is in a location close to things within walking distance. The view was ok and they offer rooms with a patio/balcony. However, there are some things lacking for the price you pay. It was not clear whatsoever how to even go into the hotel. They do not have a main floor lobby. You have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor. The balcony rooms are right off the elevator so it can be a noisy corner. The hotel and the rooms need to be maintained better. There was a mildew smell in our room, and the floors had a slimy, slippery film on them. No general items to use. Paper towels, disposable coffee cups and no bag in the ice bucket. The shower gel and shampoo covers were labeled wrong and could not tell which was which. Towels were on the dusty shelf under the sink. The pocket door for the bathroom didn't stay shut or have a lock. And there was a tile coming off the baseboard. They said the pool was heated but it was still pretty chilly. And it was cloudy, no jets were circulating the chemicals. Which was burning my eyes. I used points as a member to pay for part of the stay and still paid $150. As I said, not the greatest hotel for the price. I would probably choose another hotel for my trips to K.C.

Got last minute reservation before a snow storm. Front desk service was great. Room was clean and nice. A few smaller issues affected my 1 night stay. Heard dogs barking for the first 20 min in the room, then settled down. Next, the power went out for a few minutes. It was odd because all the buildings around us had power. It came back on quickly was just an annoyance. Would stay again.
