I've been late to work and classes countless times because of you incompetent buffoons.

I would give zero stars if I could. Most of my experiences for over two years have been terrible. Specifically, waited for a 1:05 pm stop at the County Building in Cave Junction since 12:57 pm. The bus never even passed us while we were at the stop, and we eventually saw the bus leaving town at 1:12. Dispatch gave us a runaround....all around terrible.

The shortcut is taken after the route runs a certain number of minutes behind. Meaning there should be no one waiting at any stop unless the are early for the next scheduled run. And if they are early then they shouldn't be waiting there expecting the late run anyway. You can always call the office for further clarification.
Joe knows, kinda like Bo. Our door to door service is unrestricted by trip type. So any trip for any purpose is eligible. We do have a limited service are that is restricted to 3/4 of a mile on either side of a fixed route. Application process time is 21 days, but we try to get to the, sooner.
Yes, we are.
Sorry, getting used to the social media. No, the dial a ride doesn't go from Grants Pass to Medford and we don't currently operate on Saturday. With that said, the vehicles we use to go to Medford can accommodate mobility devices. Also, if you are qualified for the dial a ride with JCT you are more than likely qualified for the service with RVTD as well. You should call our office to get a better description of the options available to you.
Josephine Community Transit operates Monday thru Friday between the hours of 6:30a.m. and 6:30p.m. Call 541-474-5452 for service information. Hope this helps
The best thing to do would be to call the office for specific answers. As for timeliness, we always strive to be on time. That being said, there are times when we fall behind due to traffic or other issues over which we have no control. If a bus falls too far behind, we will often take certain alternative actions to get that route caught back up. If need be and conditions warrant it, we will send out a vehicle specifically to pick you up from a bus stop, and deliver you to the bus stop you needed. Service animals (the ADA does not recognize therapy animals as service animals) ride free, but must remain under the direct control and supervision of their owner. If a service animal acts aggressively toward anyone or another service animal while on the bus; that animal and their owner will be removed from the bus and the owner will have to contact the office before being allowed to ride again. For specifics on reduced fare programs, you need to contact the office.
