My mother was residing at Tiffany Springs assisted living at the time that Kansas City Hospice got involved. In early October, her illness progressed to a point that we moved her out of the independent living section and into the assisted living wing. The Staff at Tiffany Springs were doing the best that they could during the COVID lockdowns and trying to handle COVID related staff shortages. Kansas City Hospice came on board right at that time. They were wonderful. Every single nurse and volunteer that I and my mother encountered were capable, kind and compassionate. She told me that not only was her pain under control, but that she felt safe, respected and that she mattered. I would agree. They were also cheerful and super friendly. Kansas City Hospice took an awful situation and made it into one that was as good as it could have been. It's amazing, brave work. Lots of love to you.

I could never recommend KC Hospice. In my opinion, this organization does not have the systems in place to ensure quality services. You might get lucky and be assigned staff who are thoughtful, but the company lacks the caring and followup which would show their concern. Our experience was inconsistent at best… more negative than positive. I do appreciate that the company reached out after reading this review.

I can only say good things about the care that my father received by the staff at KC Hospice & Palliative Care. Everyone was kind and caring. I appreciate them being there to help get the family through a difficult time. They followed up several times after my father's passing.
