I'm really enjoying working out at Metro KC Fitness' downtown location! Their equipment is in great shape. I also love that they have tv's to watch comfortably in front of the cardio equipment. Highly recommend if you're looking for a local Kansas City gym.

Really great compact gym in the heart of KC! Everything you need here and nothing you don’t! Welcoming and very low key, non threatening and a great place to workout for people of all experiences. Didn’t want to leave!

I love this gym. The staff is super nice and it has everything you need. At the beginning we weren’t sure because it’s not giant but it turned out perfectly. It doesn’t get too crowded and everyone is super nice. It has cardio area, free weights, machines, a studio to use as wanted and a nice dressing room with lockers. Basically everything you want from a gym, especially now that no other is 24/7!

Hello, we have a barbell area with some open space. Among our large selection of 45 lbs barbells are 2 multipurpose ones that can be used really well for Snatch and C&J along with bumper plates! So, yes!
