Of the three locations, this one has the best layout for serious lifting and weight training. Visually, it has a very cool dark industrial aesthetic and is quite large, with multiple racks, cages, and dumbbells. It has private bathrooms and large lockers for your belongings. It also has those great, old school iron plates that just feel heavier than the rubber coated ones. On the flip side, it's extremely quiet and never gets too busy - if you need a loud, energized environment then this might not be the gym for you. Very few will be pushing themselves that hard and if you grunt and sweat, you'll be in the minority here. People are pretty much in and out, without the social atmosphere found in other gyms. I've used the gym for years and would recommend it with the caveat that it's best suited to the focused and self motivated.
