We contacted Mr. Sparky and had the best experience from the beginning! The customer service rep who took my call was EXTREMELY helpful & efficient. We received email follow up AND texts letting us know of exact times for service. We received the tech's picture & info in advance also. The tech was prompt, very honest, super professional, and knowledgeable! Within an hour we had a bid for the work needed! Other Questions Did they show up on time for their appointment? Did they answer all of your questions? Did they tell you exactly how much all the work will cost or is just an “estimate” with the final cost to be determined after the work is completed? Did they explain in detail all the work that they are going to do?
