I ordered a stove in October of 2021. It is now July 2022. It is yet to be installed. At the end of December 2021 they received the stove. In April 2022 they were out to install but the wrong parts were ordered. I have not seen or heard from them since. I called them at the start of June 2022 I was told the part was not in yet.

Very unreliable... If zero Stars was an option that's what I would give them. They came out to fix the control board on my pellet stove. The guy that worked on it was "I believe, stoned" They fixed it and put a sticker on it crooked. 2 weeks later it died again. After multiple phone calls and stopping in several times I had had enough. 5 months of not even being contacted back , no phone call or anything. I went to another company out of Oakland that came out two days later and fixed what they messed up. It cost me twice but it was worth it , I never have to go back to the Heating Lodge again. ___________________________________ Your poor attempt to make amends ,I find entertaining.. you know exactly who I am because you tried to contact me but I chose to ignore you like you ignored me for 5 months. If you're going to fail try to accept that it's your fault and not everybody else's..
