I have been a Bushel Stop (Jupiter) customer for many years. They’re much more expensive than most of their competitors, but they have a lot of inventory. Recently I purchased about 100 x 24” pavers to install a for a patio. I bought a few extra because there are always some that are chipped or broken that you don’t want to use however, Bushel Stops Jupiter location would not exchange, refund or credit me for the several pavers that were chipped or had manufacturers defects. Who wants to install defective ugly pavers into a new patio! When we asked for the owners name So that we can call and voice our dissatisfaction, the location manager refused to give us her senior managers/owners contact information. She should’ve we wanted the information we needed to look online to find (it’s not on their website ). She did say that if they were broken she would have given me a credit for them. Note to self: break all of the pavers before you return them. Forest Gump was correct, “stupid is what stupid does!”
