Absolutely a great experience! I'm a caregiver to a new client. They needed some equipment when they got home from rehab physical therapy. I got what I needed the same day i called. I was a hero thanks to the ladies at hasl lol everyone was more than polite and helpful. Such a great place to donate to.

We regularly met for dinner with an elderly neighbor near the end of his life. As he progressed towards the end, HASL counselors came by to discuss his options for care at no cost to him. They also helped source equipment to help him through a brief in-home hospice care. I cannot thank them enough for all they do to help those in need. I have a deep respect for those who stand up for the needy and insure justice is done.

This is the greatest organization! They help with individuals who are disabled they help with all of their social security information housing filling out paperwork you name it. I work there also. We also have loaner wheelchairs Walkers potty chairs all sorts of stuff.
