It was easy dropped it off the night before it was ready the next afternoon, I’m a mechanic with 50 years experience, the work was done correctly, I’m particular and Roe motors lived up to my expectations, and the service manager went above and beyond to stay in contact with us. I’m from the Bay Area and the dealerships treat you like a number but not at Roe Motors. Thanks for the great service. Mike & Rita Geiskopf

Brent is outstanding. Brent goes above and beyond what is expected making sure we understand the service needs, we trust his recommendations, and will always highly recommend him to all. Good service is hard to find and we know we can always count on him.

Brent and Jeff are both very professional and take their jobs very serious. I am always confident and comfortable leaving my vehicle with them knowing when I return to pick it up it will be fixed the right way with no hidden fees once arriving. I appreciate the honesty and dependability of both.

Fast friendly professional service! Really felt like I was cared about as a customer. How a business should treat their customers! They had a comfortable withing room and offered refreshments. When they heard I was from out of town they were eager to offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. The part being installed was perfect. They washed my vehicle free of charge as a thank you. Would happily bring my business to them again and refer friends and family. It was worth the multiple hour drive from out of town.

My vehicle is broken down and will not run or drive. What should I do?

Common Questions | Aug 31, 2021
Roe Motors, Inc. | Aug 31, 2021

Most people carry some type of roadside assistance coverage on their insurance. Generally your insurance will provide you will a roadside assistance phone number. We recommend starting with calling this number. If your vehicle is under factory warranty, we recommend calling the manufacture’s roadside assistance number. If neither of these options work for you then any of our local tow companies can assist with a tow, jump start or out of gas situation. We have a night drop box available for any afterhours tow in situations.

How often should I change my oil?

Common Questions | Aug 31, 2021
Roe Motors, Inc. | Aug 31, 2021

Most of todays newer vehicles require full synthetic oil and are also equipped with some type of oil life monitor. On GM vehicles the oil life monitor varies depending on how you drive. Most customers find that they will get a change oil message between 5000 and 7000 miles. Time is also an important factor. The minimum would be once per year regardless of miles. That being said, our technicians recommend that synthetic oil be changed on 5000 mile intervals and 3000 for conventional oil.

Is it necessary to make an appointment for a oil change?

Sandy Patterson | Sep 1, 2019
Roe Motors, Inc. | Sep 1, 2019

Thank you for asking. We don't require an appointment for an oil change. However, we prefer that you make an appointment. Our oil changes include a hand car wash and a multi-point vehicle inspection. This does take additional time and most customers value these benefits. We give priority scheduling to appointments and we also work hard to accommodate every customer, with an appointment and those without. I hope this helps. Please feel to reach out directly to Dave Fisher, service manager, or Steve Roe if we can help.
