I need you people to stop with your shortcuts. I don't care if you're 15 minutes behind, stuff like going on Redwood Highway instead of Redwood Avenue to catch up should get you fired. Stay on the route.

The shortcut is taken after the route runs a certain number of minutes behind. Meaning there should be no one waiting at any stop unless the are early for the next scheduled run. And if they are early then they shouldn't be waiting there expecting the late run anyway. You can always call the office for further clarification.
