Overall a really good experience for my family of five. The kids really enjoyed the pool, the staff were very helpful and gave some great recommendations on what we should do with our kids. Rooms were clean enough, looks like the staff might have rushed cleaning the rooms but an acceptable level of cleanliness. Breakfast was as good as it gets for this level of hotel. I would stay here again

If I could leave zero stars I would. We were driving through pretty late and this hotel showed 5/5 stars on hotel.com, so we booked a night. It was my mistake not checking google, we were just tired and wanted to stop for the night. We stayed on the second floor and when walking into the room we noticed that the whole left side of the room was caved in. The floors were wet and had big brown crumbs all over them. Behind the dresser and the tv wires (that were cut and just out all over) were covered in black mold. That’s not even the worst part. The room had BED BUGS! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am not sure how this place is aloud to operate. Just don’t do it! It’s not worth it.

Didn’t even get to stay here because when we arrived, the front desk attendant had “no idea” what she was doing. We had a reservation, but their “system isn’t updating” so she couldn’t find it. She gave us a room anyway explaining that we would have to check in again in the morning with someone who actually knew what was going on. She also told us to knock before we enter our room because she had no way of knowing if someone was already in that room because the system wasn’t updating. We told her never mind and gave her back the key and she told us she hopes she gets fired. I felt really bad for her because she clearly needed better training or guidance. It really shows how the management treat their staff here

Honestly was the worst experience I've personally ever had at a hotel. We took a family trip with 3 different rooms total. None of us got much if any sleep the entire weekend. Sounded like kids were jumping off beds until 12am or later every night..called front desk to make a noise complaint 2 times. My sister called 3 times. The guy at the front desk literally laughed and hung up the phone. So disappointing on how terrible customer service was at this hotel. My mom has been planning this trip for 3 years. Our stay definitely effected the whole trip, My kids couldn't sleep because of the loud noise, my sisters kids and baby couldn't sleep due to the noise, my parents didn't get any sleep..needless to say none of use will ever return to this place or recommend to others. If only I could give zero stars!

Our King Suites all have sofa sleeper. We do not have any double queen suites.
Lol that's not actually what happened thats sad that I'm still lied to fmthis dady and age by a company that we are supposed to trust... House keeping told me they would hold on to my metal shop fan for use at hotel for maintenance.. and if I came back thru y'all be more then happy to give it back.. I'm sure your the brunette lady that managed... She was really rude and assumed I didnt pay my pet deposit fee and had an Unwelcomingly dehospitality.. hurt my feeling d actually, but then being lied to bout donations...il be back for edit to put the young ladys name at least. Call me pety I call them a lieing money hungry establishment.. p.s. .my room was searched cause they thought i was smoking... They were really wrong and still had tudes
