Adequate if you have an early or late flight and you live an hour away from MCI Airport. You can take their shuttle and leave your car for an extended period if you are going to be gone for awhile. The combination of room and convenience of parking is the cheapest you will find in the areaπŸ‘

Most uncomfortable experience I've ever had at a hotel before. The entire time my family and I stayed we were itching and spotted several gross stains and uncleaned places. When we first entered there was a trashcan in front of the door filled with dirty linens, black spots on the bed sheets, a cigarette burn on the mattress, toilet was not cleaned, and the walls were all torn up and marked. After a couple of minutes we had to leave because of how itchy and grossed out we were. I do not recommend for a place to stay.

Rooms are smaller and have a few minor repairs needed however overall it was good for the price. Staff are friendly and immediately help with any need. Pool is clean as are all chairs and tables. Breakfast is great, lots to choose from. Coffee is always available, hot and good. Easy parking, easy of and on to the highway. Near KCI airport.

Room stay wasn't anything to really complain about except the water pressure is horrible. I showered at 3am, not many ppl are showering at that time. My biggest complaint is the shuttle service and how I was treated. I requested a 4am service and was in the lobby at 4:05am. No shuttle, asked the girl at the desk whom was more interested in watching television. She found my room#and had to call the driver down. Then goes back to watching TV. No customer service apologies, nothing. After about another 10min he comes down yells "airport". No customer service apologies or even takes my bags. No shuttle in front warming up. He goes outside with me standing there says he was going to back it up when I asked where it was. He opened the hatch and still didn't get my bags. Backs up the mini van and sits inside. I paid for the shuttle and got absolutely no customer service. I am too short to reach the door to close the hatch he gets out and slammed it so hard it rang my ears. Kinda like it was an inconvenience to him. I get inside and he begins to just pull off no concern for my safety as I was not seatbelted in yet but soon discovered it was not operating properly and I was unable to pull it out to secure myself. We get to the airport, he doesn't get out to assist with my bags mind you the other hotel shuttles with free service the drivers are assisting their customers with their bags. I am so upset and just don't think I will stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
