Don't stay here. Rooms have had the problems painted over. They call that renovation. Air conditioning barely functioned. Room was dirty, pillows smelled like BO. The hotel is trying to be a long term parking facility, so enjoy dragging your baggage across the parking lot. The cold shower topped it all off. Avoid like the plague.

Positive: This hotel was very good. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out was simple. Very close to the main freeway and only about 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City. Very close to great shopping and food. Negative: The only thing I didn't like is that the hotel was literally flush to the KCI Convention Center and the parking lot could sometimes be difficult to manage because of the event center usage. This is however not enough to sway me from staying again.

Taft at the front desk was very helpful. I had to call to change my arrival date and he was able to get that fixed for me. He was also able to send me an authorization form so my friend was able to check into our room when she arrived. Michelle in the bar is excellent! She deserves a raise. I saw her help multiple people and be kind to all of our children in the restaurant. She made their night by making them Shirley temples. I will stay again.

I primarily chose this hotel for the park and fly deal, which is super convenient and comes with the bonus of a night in a nice little hotel! The room was spacious and I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the bed and shower. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the shuttle was timely. I had a lovely little evening watching cable and luxuriating on the king sized bed. The one issue was with the restaurant in the lobby (which may or may not be owned by the hotel, but is definitely affiliated)- the food quality was iffy, especially for the price :( I’d recommend picking up food somewhere else if you get a chance. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and its amenities!

I dont drive a truck, but i stay here all the time...and it has acres of parking. I have seen over trucks here.
It takes approximately 8 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. You will have to check in at the hotel front desk.
Yes, we do charge $7 per day for parking. You will also need to call ahead of time to request a shuttle reservation for the day and time you will be flying out, as we have limited space and it is first come first serve.
I know this was asked a while ago but I'm answering for others: they have a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport and then other way too. It takes you an hour before your flight.
No problem… they will take real good care of you! This is an excellent property
