Super 8 by Wyndham Tupelo Airport

Booked this through Wyndam. Pictures made motel look decent/nice for a one night stay. However it was not. Room was dirty, smelled of Marijuana, walls dirty, chair stained, what looked like sap running down the walls and the last straw was the bed bug we found. The lady at the front was understanding when I told her I would not stay and requested a refund. She provided it, no questions.

Pillow was dirty, lamp had mold and dirt on it, the chair in the room was covered in stains. I wouldn't even lay my suitcase on the chair. The shades had stains and the bed sheet had either a dirt stain or a blood stain we couldn't really tell. Dead bolt was broke and bathtub was dirty. We were only there 30 minutes. We did get a refund though. Should be zero stars.

The motel wasn't bad but the tab really needed a good cleaning and it just didn't appear that they had a very good housekeeping crew. For what it was I thought that it was a little overpriced, we stayed in a super 8 in Arkansas and it was half the price.

Quick overnighter while heading south. Night and morning staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Bathroom in the room were very clean. When we're in the area again we will stay here.
